The new edition of compositions by Willem Kersters was initiated by composer Wim Henderickx (1962-2022). Shortly before his unexpected death, one of his last projects was to publish a new edition of works by his mentor. Henderickx made the initial selection himself, and this series is therefore dedicated to him. These new scores are being edited by Huniyagar vzw, under the direction of Hannes Vanlancker and Diederik Glorieux, based on manuscripts and prints preserved in the library of the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp. The publisher responsible is Jan Dewilde, coordinator of the Study Centre for Flemish Music and librarian of the Antwerp Conservatoire Library.
