The participants for the international composition course SoundMine 2026 have been selected. From 6 to 10 July, ten young composers will work at De Studio in Antwerp on new symphonic and electronic music.
Under the guidance of Diederik Glorieux, Jorrit Tamminga, Annelies Van Parys and Hannes Vanlancker, the participants will develop their own concept and composition. In May 2027, they will have the opportunity to further develop their work in collaboration with the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra.
The participants are Fleur Bonnevits, Yijun Chen, Aumi Derycke, Helena Zyskowska, Kobe Janssens, Ersan Januzi, Siyeol Ju, Edoardo Brandi, Massimiliano Vizzini and Yiding Wang.
